smithy
I have been helping two friends of mine that run a engineering company which is based about 1 mile away from my farm. The project was to transport 3 H beams which was 25 feet long to the site which was about 8 miles away then lift beams and place across the ditch using my CASE 4240 and QUICKE front loader then place sleepers on and bolt down side rails still to be made and I have got to take down some crushed concrete to make ramps on the ends
CMB
On the way back from Highworth in Wiltshire I found this Massey forage team near Purton Stoke. They were a long way across the field as I arrived and just picking up the last lumps of grass:

powerrabbit
Today I been mostly trying to keep out of the very hot sun but I had to pick the raspberry's and the loganberry's before the blackbirds had them then I had to keep an appointment with my garage mechanic to fit a new brake vacuum pump on the Land Rover Defender, brake pedal went very hard so you needed a lot of leg force to operate the brakes, only an hour to do but awkward. This evening had to take my 11 year old Niece to her local school village hall for her school play she was in, second performance of the day 'The Tempest'. Took the camcorder and tripod with me and recorded it for posterity.

As they were not given one to use! as he was deemed to be dangerous with it!
