Tractorman810
started prep wok for relaying the driveway, re aligned the sleepers down one side to give us a bit more room when parking my car,as its a bit longer than the wifes, also worked out what i need bricks wise to sort a new boarder for it all, next step order up some bags sand and ballast the. i can reset the boarders in, hopefully next weekends job with luck, aim to have it all sorted boarder wise ready for a week off i have in march, so i can just lift, relevel and relay the main area, hopefully ina day or 2 tops .this bar some wall painting is the last work after the extension was done, so with luck its model time after its done, and i have plenty to finish and also drawn out to build 2
Tractorman810
got well under way on the driveway now, have 2 sides edged up , and have started to re-lay the main area which i have about 1/4 done , luckly the sand underneath is well packed and level so i dont need to do much work other than move the bricks over to sit against the new edges .with luck by the end of tomorrow i will have the main area re done, which leaves me the last the widening to do . this will need the car (well hers) of the drive for a couple of days ,while i bed in the new edge and match the front edge up to it , so i may leave this till the week i have off in march .
Tractorman810
now done two thirds of the drive, got both drain covers sorted which was the slow bit, also decided to see how good a manicure i could do with the angle grinder let just say its deep, its across the top of my thumb nail ,but weirdly it doesnt hurt, it didnt bleed at all, and after a bit of savlon( says its for cuts ) and two plasters on it ,i was back to work no worries , wife wasnt happy about it mind, wanted me to go to A&E . not like its hanging off or anything, 1

I should be going back to help fix on the glass side rails when they get delivered
