smithy
This Fleming transport box came with the Chinese tractor I bought last year and the 3point linkage fittings are cat 1 so wont fit on front linage of case mxu135 as its cat 2 don't wont to cut and weld box as still need to use it on the Chinese machine so I thought if I look on my junk heap I might find a ready made headstock that I could convert to a adapter plat , red one was a M/F finger bar mower I broke up several years ago ,orange one came of a Ransomes -faun potato harvester ,neither one was exactly right width for front linkage but decided to go with the red one .
smithy
After a bit more cutting than I had planned I laid it on the box to look and to think of what to do next , got to keep clear of the bracket in the middle as it is a trip for the box

smithy
When it got to dark outside to work I went back in barn and did bit more cutting ,drilling and welding on frame , it now fits front linage on case ,just got to cut the two outside bits of level with the piece of box running along the bottom , then I have a couple of cat one ball-end to weld on for lower linkage and then just make up a fixed very short top-link bit and hopefully it will all fit/work , might get a bit more done Monday ,watch this space 8

Laois 1:32
I spent yesterday afternoon levelling out gravel around the place. Gravel was already there bu the had got a bit uneven so I managed to get it fairly well finished off. Pallet did the trick In case you're wondering, it's a residential camp/conference centre that my parents look after and I help in my spare time, so this was today's job.

Nice job Nathan I have to do that every so often on a horse turning ring thingy. I found a small gate was best

Anderson Agri
Naa i wouldn't want it either, Its sat out for a bit hence why it got a bit damp on edges. Was fine inside just the outer layer, waste not want not and only for ones on turnips so a bit of hay for them alongside the turnips. smithy
On Monday last week my neighbour moved in on one of my overgrown hedges it was dark when I left the farm early that morning as I had to be on a training course by 8am which was about one hr away so did not get a picture before he started ,when I got back about 1.30pm he had cut the lot down with his tree- shear and laid it on field he then doubled back over it cutting out big bits for firewood he then swopped over cutter for a grab and heaped up the rest ready for burning , what that machine did in a day would have taken me a good two weeks of hard work as it all had to go up hill on to field as there is a steep bank leading up to my field from the edge of the main road , I just had to run chainsaw over the stumps that he had left as machine cuts about 6to10 inches above ground level ,we plan on cleaning out the small ditch that was under the hedge next autumn/winter Edited February 18, 2019 by smithy pictures not in right order for some reason
