Dusty Dan
Since I have fertilized the lawn it is growing quite fast now. So, today will be the second cutting and I plan to use the string trimmer to trim up the edges. Since I moved in 2012 and downsized, from the small village of Neffs, Pa., I have a small lawn that can be cut in about a half hour. Previously I had about 3/4 acre and there I had a Honda and a Simplicity riding mower. The Honda lasted for 20 years before it died and then I purchased the Simplicity with a Kohler engine.

How often have you used the snow clearing machine ,it looks brand new

Not as much in the last six years here. Those Toro snowblowers are know to be one of the best, at least they used to be. So far it is still running good and if it dies I may buy another. It throws a lot of snow but sometimes the wet snow blocks up the chute. I have sprayed Pam cooking spray down the chute to try to prevent that. Thanks

smithy
Been spreading fertilizer most of the day but I took a call of a mate saying could I do a bit of welding ,he had just picked this patio heater up and he needed some small brackets welding on to hold the round grill base to turn it into a BBQ so I stopped for a hr and got it done

Anderson Agri
Got the "Beast" from Iowa out today in the Sun, first time out since i bought it in November. Afternoon trying to get it running failed seems to be a spark issue.. And on another note the 154 refused to start and had a knackered lift pump and flat battery so something else to sort. Also tried to fit the back window in the 7710 with out success.. Been one of them days where i'd have been better off in bed!! With only 2 weeks until Abbey Hill and really only 2 days to get them sorted i better get on it.

Busy times for you then Zach, lift pump and battery are easy, and shouldn't take long to bleed up to the filter, window fitting is just a pain full stop, but i'm wondering if the spark issue in your challenger is down to dampness in the magneto with it being stood over winter....

I've given up with the window and going to get a mate who does it professionally to.come as I'll end up getting mad and smashing it.I too would put it down to a damp mag. Hopefully will be something simple theres nothing to then

smithy
Had a very busy weekend with a bit of spraying early mornings and in the evening when it was not as hot but doing the day I was spreading fertilizer on the cereal crops as we are expecting some much needed rain to wash it in . I also used about 10 ton of grassland fertilizer on the hay meadows and horsey peoples paddocks

smithy
Several years ago now I had I hand in making are village sigh in my barn , the expert that did most of it is sadly no longer with us but the parish council decided it needs repainting so it was taken down and dumped in my yard over the weekend with the words of as you built it can you repaint it , so on bank holiday Monday myself and the wife and one other helper set about rubbing down the main post and cleaning up the sigh , the wife and the other helper then got a coat of brown on all the brown bits so it only leaves putting the detail back on the rest , the red tractors are supposed to be me/mine as all my neighbours have green ones and we cant have green tractors on my sigh
smithy
I posted pictures of this before when I was putting topsoil over it to get out the bigger stones , anyway over the weekend while getting the dust and little bits out of 50 ton of crushed concrete the bottom legs cave way so I had to weld some other bits around the bottom to strengthen it up in the last picture I have a bit of fencing laid on it as it only let the dust and very small bits though
