SirTainly
Took half a day off, to use up leave before year end and hoped to make progress on the 785. Managed to ream out the bushing, but have been stumped by the fibre washer that sits under the thrust bearing. Where does it actually go? I stops the kingpin from moving into the correct height as it's massive! Ran out of light and needed to fit a new bulb in the car and rebuild the washing machine door, my wife has amazing destruction testing abilities! robbo
Some time ago I posted in this topic about going to Ireland and a member responded to say that if I was ever in their area then I was to shout up as they knew someone who had a Same fleet. Unfortunately I can't remember who extended the kind invitation, getting old I think. Well, next Thursday I will be in the Limerick area and I was wondering if there was anything worth seeing in that area as I should have to time free in the afternoon, thanks

Tractorman810
been at work since 4.30 this morn, got home about 2.30, luckily a relatively easy job, which i would have happily done on a normal weekday, but our new safety rules combined with engineers who are more than happy to throw the job back due to them, has lined my pockets nicely for xmas at least

Another 30acres to plough and about 30 acres of wheat I drilled to rip up before spring if we get a few more good frosts, will end up working through the night if frosts are ok

We had about 5 hrs at collection but had to keep moving to get around lots of information about things on boards next to things but not enough time to stop and read them all , myself and goody and a few others have been around it 2 or 3 times in the past on a evening but could not see the stuff that was outside as it was dark . Yes good turnout of tractors and a good 50 people at the starting point to see us off and loads lining the 28 mile route
