AndyB
I think the Siku MF 5455 is a great model/toy so decided to have a go at 'improving' a little. They are simple things to do like painting etc but took me bl@@dy ages!

Lord Ferguson
Yeah.... very nice improvements Andy... that 5455 is a lovely model to start with as well... so she's a REAL beauty now you've tinkered with her.. Well done mate... I'm never brave enough to tackle a model armed with anything other than a duster
AndyB
Sorry one and all been away for the weekend. The box at the front is simply plasticard, the original beacon has gone and the roof filled in and re-painted (likewise the black around the front work lights). The new beacon i made meself out of model packing wire (the stuff that prevents you getting a model out of the box!!!) and a pearlesant bead that i got in a sowing shop - its me effeminate side Then the other bits done are all the controls in the cab painted and the fender controls and the correct rear light set-up with the indicators in the bigger round light, oh and the hubs painted along with the wheel nuts etc. All easy stuff but time consuming. Thanks for all your comments, Andy
