Kolpen
Well, almost... Today I made the last parts for the frontlift. (Opico / HeVa) As you will see from the pictures it will raise and lower by a servo motor. I still need the servo, that will be picked up tommorow (I hope). It will be a digital servo that will be programmed to operate as slow as possible to give a realistic movement. I tried to 'mount' it all today and tested the functions with a regular servo motor. It performs very well and I expect that it will lift at least 1 pound. More than enough for a frontmounted blade, seedbox or extra frontweight (battery). The parts are made as the original. Each arm can be 'parked' backwards by removing a pin and bolt. I am very satisfied with the result so far. I had to make a new stabilizer bar in brass instead of plastic, because I realized how much torque the servo brings. You will be able to see, basicly, how the lift will be operated by the servo. There is still some touchup to do, like the liftarms etc. to be more realistic.
