Have never seen something like this in original before and I think it makes no sense....!? \ It is not common on every tractor, but its a good use to get the power down in the ground som the wheels dont spin. It?s good in mud. And mud is something we got alot of here i Sweden. So here it is not so rare to put some weights in the wheels to reduce the spinning.
