Akey
Just what I had written! "I personall, would stop mesisng around with colours, as it will take several diffent shades to look realistic, leave and sell em in the natural resin state, let the customer paint 'em to their own preference.........I know i'd rather buy them "raw""

Deere-est
Gav, have you thought about doing these in sheets rather than blocks? Some sheets of embossed end on and some of embossed side on? Some of the big square bales would be good but this method may prove a tad costly, in sheets though.. .. well the world is your baler twine so so to speak!! Gav836
i just wondering, can you make single bales? how long does the mould take to dry or make? sorry if you've already answered these Single bales wouldn't be cost effective A mold can take anything from 5 to 48 hours to go off depending on what catalyst is used with the silicone. The resin itself takes 20 minutes to go off maximum
