allis8550 Posted July 25, 2007 Posted July 25, 2007 Another wet day , another MF conversion. A MF 5455 2wd , simple little thing really , JD 4020 front axle, so easy to fit I was amazed, took out all the cogs and bits and the new axle almost dropped straight in , just had to remove the siku rear axle mount and fabricate a new one, but kept the original front mounting. Easy to do, but makes quite a difference to the appearence, handy little tractor to use around the yard now. Quote
nathan Posted July 25, 2007 Posted July 25, 2007 looks very good mate. simple and looks the part too . there is one good thing about these wet days some nice conversions being done. Quote

PDC Posted July 25, 2007 Posted July 25, 2007 On all the one's i've done i've fitted replacement Britains wheels (from Brian Norman) as I feel the Siku ones are too wide for a 2wd ;) Quote
allis8550 Posted July 26, 2007 Author Posted July 26, 2007 nice mate, very nice, add a cab top of the ros sames/deutzs with the window, and you'll have the pefrect laoder tractor I might be wrong on this Sean ,but I think you can only get the visio roof with the droop snoot bonnet. Quote
