Deerepower
have started revamping a MF 2680 as it had suffered from the dreaded wheel melt, I have fitted the wheels off a britains samson muck spreader and the front wheels are made by siku which I have made to look like solid wheel centres. Akey
I got two of them, both cabless, can the cabs be obtained? And the definition of "wheel melt"........is it a "flat spot"?
Deerepower
I got two of them, both cabless, can the cabs be obtained? And the definition of "wheel melt"........is it a "flat spot"? you can get repo cabs for them, have posted a couple of links below for you. "wheel melt" is where the plastic has melted this can be because they are left in direct sunlight and the older models I think it was something to do with a reaction from the plastic rims and the tyres. you very often see wheel melt on some of the tractors on ebay http://www.britainstoyfarm.co.uk/ http://www.farmmodels.co.uk/
