Thanks chaps..I was a bit disappointed that the weather was thunder and lightningery, if it had been clear I would have popped down for some decent in field close up action   Hopefully I'll get some better ones soon, just been too busy

Changed title, thought I'd post up all images in one thread, saves having lots of little ones

New Holland TM150 and New Holland BB940 - looks a good combination

I can see RDF's problem with all the hedges (I love them though) can't get near so have to use the zoom

More from today, finally saw the Lexion 450 at a time when I could photograph it, until the arrival of the CX this was the most modern machine around here;

Again, only one tractor carting - a 6800? with a Western - The photography gods were really trying to stop this one being taken big cloud came over and things got very dusty

It is a local farmer's machine so in many ways I wouldn't be surprised if it was.....the other thing is this may well be it's first time out for a while, one field on his farm got cut 2 weeks back, since then it has been a bit wet and this combine has stood in the shed (I was surprised at this as other machines locally have been out)

More brand new machinery; a JD 6530.

I missed the baler, it was an older JD 6000 on a Claas single axle jobbie

More of the Lexion...still pretty clean

Bit arty should have been of the crop I suppose but this is the field that had quite a bit of greenery in it

when you see the farmer next ask him what is the going rate at the jet wash  :D

Now for some that I am really happy with;

Same John Deere, again the only tractor carting. Combine had to stop every now and again for him to catch up

Love this one because you can see the shape of the auger in the grain

Really happy with this one...three photographs joined together...but I stupidly saved over the original size left hand end one

Last one for now...may be the last of the Lexion...have a feeling different machines will be in the area soon

Terrible day for photos today, saw a NH CR go past on it's first circuit of the field so got ready to take some photos.....it then stopped and left because they decided the crop wasn't quite there...perfect location, great view, great light...ruined!

So only two from today..and no it hasn't got a white roof , a NH 7740 and 570 baler.

Got a nice variety of bales going on in this field
