:of This one really is starting to look dusty.  ;D  After over a year of inactivity, due mainly to a lack of time I've finally been able to get back to this one. I am currently working on getting the old french "breton" 70's style farmyard up. It shall consist of two mud-walled buildings for the cattle, and a haybarn. I am going to try and pack as many details in as I can think of, and a fair bit of weathering should be involved  ;) . Here are a few snaps of the first building, where the calfs used to be kept; I haven't decided yet wether to cover it with corrugated iron or slates ?

One of the A frames, with a future birds nest :

The beginning of the floor :

The start of the weathering process of one of the side doors :

Awindow wich shall be barred up with an old (soon splintered) door and straw :

And just because I liked the picture, one of the future tractors (it's weathering has also started) :

I'll post some larger views as soon as I get a bit of sunshine  ::)

Beautiful work. Love your use of sisal for grass, particularly. I have bought a few bags (amazing how many different colours you can get! ::) ), but it took me 20 minutes to make one bale, so I've put it aside for the moment :-[  Perhaps I should just leave it to the experts :)

Great to see this Topic going again, you always have something nice to show and I was wondering where you had been, nice to see you back. The bales (as in your other topic) and the farm looks great  :)
