Simon
Re-So were dressing seed for us yesterday... unfortunately they were there while I was at work so I just caught the aftermath..... The old man was also trying to kill the bugs in the wheat in store too....

Simon
And my job for this weekend... changing the brackets on the back of our Euro adapter from the Sambron to Manitou hitch...
Deere-est
Ah I see it wasn't a trade in then, you kept the Kv? Gear is all looking tidy and I do believe that must be the only time George can be seen sat down?!
Simon
The KV disappeared and was replaced by the McC... the old man had apparently already cancelled the little yellow one but the rep thought he'd try it anyway... the yellow one has now been collected and our big red one returned! Hopefully if I get some time this summer.... which it looks like there's a fair chance I will now that the house is nearly done, George is bigger and Niki's a lot better.... then all the kit will look tip top... few jobs I want to do on the Manitou for starters.... like get the bloody heater working before the winter On one of the tractors or in the Manitou are about the only times you can get George to sit! Simon
Just the 6030 Rich, the 6040 was a demo before we bought the 6030... Also have the little 4135, which is really a Fiat... was talk of changing that one for a 5040 / 5050 this autumn but we'll have to see
The Tractor Twitcher
Some very tidy equipment there Simon, Kverneland topper looks like a useful tool, my Uncle runs a similar sized KRM machine, essential bit of kit up in his neck of the woods. Simon
Think they're pretty well identical Rich.... \ Just a badge change and a couple of other very minor tweaks, bit more power at the high end of the range.... nothing earth shattering... Simon
Well, bit of activity this weekend, been finishing off our spring planting.... the barley and beans are all now in... total about 60 acres ish, maybe a bit more... haven't totted up.... None of it was ploughed, some of it was ripped through before Christmas with the scuffles, the rest of it recently. It was then rolled and power harrowed before being drilled with a Vaderstadt Rapid... some of it was rolled before drilling and some after too, depending on the clods to ensure that the pre-em does its job.... So...
