weathering base on, and the small outside light made,  whilst all the buildings are lite internally this ones just having a external one fitted, plan is to have this one ,plus the granary outside one, linked together, along with 3/4 poles mounted lights placed to give a night security lighting so to speak.  wont over do it ,1/2 along the main track in from the front gate and 1/2 covering the yard areas

Very impressed with those trees Sean! If it wasn't for the background you'd be hard pressed on some of those pictures to tell that from a real building

thanks john, a background is on my ponder list, bar behind the main farm ,which is all wall ,i don't think my roof pitch is high enough to get one behind the fields .to get the right effect

All in place now , so gap  one finished , just the light to wire up to the control panel , tree has done what i wanted and covered the wall behind a treat

 nothing  exciting, but prob my last free time at it for a few weeks due to a couple of weekends work coming up, started the corner grass bank area which is opposite the first grain silo, and a pole light for that bit, as its on the track towards the main farm ,so will sit nicely in a dark spot so to speak . got 3 layers of 6 & 12 mm grass on the base coat, and managed to get it to stand up nicely .

bit more on the corner filler today, mostly making bushes ect, stained up the pole ready . got a trial ivy climber drying at the mo to put on the base of the light, just waiting to see how it dries out

got the corner bit in place , not 100% sure its right ?? looks a bit to big/ high maybe, may yet remove the trees ect and make a new base ,honest views appreciated

the plan was nothing john, and i think that may be why the height looks wrong, may have got away with it if it was deeper  and lower on one side , i may cut another base out, test the height and depth a bit first, this was just some left over oasis block i had .

I think its ok Sean ,there is not stranded height/size for trees in any scale as in real world they all grow to different sizes ,and them ones on the corner have been around a few year longer so bigger

had the local dealer in yesterday, to give the combine the once over ready for the forth coming season,  no issues found , bar one belt needed, he also ran over the 1250 for us , save two visits and any surprises when she heads out of hibernation for ploughing

have really been neglecting this of late, work mainly,but its also been hellish hot up there, need some more coir matting for this side, so for now just some angled shots with of cuts as a bed, balers not quite finished yet so none of that, could have done side b, but i have not done the revised track, greenery ect yet, even though i have the coir matting, but thats for this winters project .

What size is the Pettit, 8 or 10 ton? And what are the tyres off?

thanks ,shes a 8 ton, top comes off, all the sides drop and remove as well for a flat bed ,i  did it a good few years back now, running on a a couple of sets of uh vanto trailer wheels

Did you ever post up pictures of the 625 build? I know it was many years ago, l also remember being blown away with it, when it was on display at Spalding a few years back.

new addition to the fleet, nice tidy 185, will use her for yard work ,and summer trailer duties, nothing to much, also have our eyes on a very tidy 168 with deluxe cab, but not sure when that will arrive as the neighbours not sure when he is selling it yet
