Thank you Simon, luckily for me the Griffiths is near as dammit the same colour as JD Green ;)

And how about fixing it, solder or aryldite?

Well in this application I just drilled 1mm right through the plastic frame and keysteel and pinned it, also gave it a little coat of araldite to make sure :) #I don't think solder would be a 100% reliable method  :-\

the drawbar changes the whole look of the chassis, the shoe looks good.

What is keysteel? have not heard of that before.  Looks like aluminium alot.

Hi alpinefocus (dan??)  Keysteel is a square or rectangular section piece of steel that is used to transmit drive from a rotating shaft to a pulley, gearwheel etc by use of the "key" sitting in the keyways (slots) aligned on the shaft and pulley.

Usually mild steel and is quite easy to file, drill etc.
