ertlerik
Spreading compost on a tree farm, with a Renault 656S orchard model and a Ren-Mark front side unload spreader, a Zettelmeyer payloader is used for loading the compost on the spreader. farmernick06
Looks very nice, i like that dinky Renault, and a nice spreader too, thanks for the pictures Where were these pictures taken as a matter of interest?
Deere-est
In an orchard Nick :D Sorry, I am in a very humorous mood this evening Something different that I never new happened Erik. New tree's I take it or do they renew the compost every few weeks/months? The spreader isn't too dissimilar to the old Kidd then Taarup and now Richard Western forage box feeders. ertlerik
OK the pictures were taken in Kraggenburg Netherlands, in an orchard The spreader is Italian build, so they probably stole the design. They spread a few times a year, it does a great job keeping the weeds down between the trees.
CCF
I've never seen a spreader like that before, interesting efficient setup. Is it designed specifically for orchard use, or for general row crop work?

Is it designed specifically for orchard use, or for general row crop work? Special design for orchard use, they also have a wider axle for it in case they want to use a normal tractor on it, 1.5 meter insted off 1.1 meter. ertlerik
Great photos so are the trees grown to be sold in garden centres.. Some are for garden centers, others are fruit trees and those are mostley sold to farms, all organic. That is about all i know about that farm. Erik.
