Old topic, same collector Here's a new pictures about my collection:
http://koti.japo.fi/~jumetsap/mod/
Sorry about the bad quality pics. Newest model is Britains claas green valtra 8950, it was quite cheap, 23 EUR, MIB. There's also a pic of UH valtra S in dealer box.
I also collect finnish EMEK trucks, only Scania . So if you have MIB emek scania models, especially old 142 or 143 models, please offer via PM
Still looking a box for britains sisu-valmet 8750 with flotation tyres
Coming models for christmas:
UH valtra t blue
UH valtra c matt green and same model with loader
ROS fiat 160-90
Siku mb-trac and white ltd. edition

Got mine yesterday, it's very beautiful
UH valtra S is in dealer box here in Finland, try to post a picture of it.
-
But what this is:
[img height=530 width=664]http://www.valtrakauppa.fi/WebRoot/Valtra/Shops/Valtra/4AEF/E195/A617/4AFB/728F/59FA/3D14/2A3B/IMG_7131_netti.jpg
It is from valtra store finland, i ordered it to my local dealer. The price was 28 EUR, it's from siku. At the same time i ordered orange T and UH Valtra S, it's nice to see is it in dealer box or not.
For example UH Valmet 502 1:16 is available here in Finland only in dealer box.
-
I think this would be nice on 1:16 scale
I bought mine 502 yesterday from the local Valtra-dealer. It cost 50 EUR (43,50 pounds). I think the box is again different than in other countries, i have seen a different kind of boxes on these models on eBay.
There's a mistake on model; there's no PTO-axle at all
Here's a pictures of mine 502 and pictures about the box:

Is there an any idea to make a model 160-90? It's just the same as 180-90 but different number on the bonnet.
-
In Finland about 25 euro in local dealer (this was the price 6 months ago)
-
Valtra T (silver) and MF169v baler
Valtra T (green) and La Chamayne trailer
Are there any places on the internet where i could buy these sets? Baler set is a very rare on eBay.

Here's my newest models:

Gear options were 36 x 36 without creeper and 48 x 48 with creep gear fitted, one for every job in there.
Here's the 8200 that I drove, 11 years old and still going strong
There are 36+36 gears with creeper, not 48+48. There are 4 basic gears and each one have 1 delta power shift gear. And 3 speed areas. So the total is 36+36.
8200 is quite interesting model. It was only made because Valmet needed a pulling tractor, and because of the rules, you have to produce some amount of normal tractor to use it in pulling. In Finland, almost every 8200's are turbocharged. You can get easily +200hp with turbo from that 7,4 litre engine.
the 8100 was one of the best built, they built those things for years , i think the UN have a few with 50kph gearboxes for pulling trailers of emergency aid into war torn countries
they built a peat special version of the 8100 or 8150?.......built for peat work, twin pto shafts, heavy pto drives, axles,
they had a fluid flywheel option on those things, kind before the wetclutch idea really took off, like the fendt farmer farvourit tractors had, you could leave it in gear and jump off the tractor and it would stop in gear.......
Here's a picture of 8100 peat special version, with better cooling, air intake, extra heavy duty PTO (1000r/min + groundspeed), driving lights under the front grille and delta powershift. Actually this model was equipped with turbo and it was 8400 prototype. This was introduced 1992 and 8400 production started 1993.
Fluid flywheel was option only for mezzo-serie (4-cyl. models and 6.cyl models 6900/8000)

I found some britains parts and i built this:
Chassis is from Britains Valmet 8750. Front weights are removed. Exhaust is from Stiga ice hockey game. I will put longer exhaust and polish it.
I just wonder that is it possible to put valmet 805 cab / bonnet etc. to UH valtra c chassis? Everything is always possible, but i mean is it easy?

On the first message there's a new picture of my models.
Here's the models that i "have to" buy:
-Valtra T Green
-Valtra C green + prosol
-ROS Fiat 180-90 1:32
-Valmet 502 1:18 (as soon it's available)
-Valtra C normal green
-Valtra C normal green + loader
-Valtra T + La Campagne
That means at least 200 EUR lost i think
-
What's the difference between that first model and former valtra c green?
Damn, again more sets that i have to buy
-
-10 deg here in Finland and about 20cm of snow. It's not much, usually on february we have 60cm.

I think this model is going to look very good, still waiting models 1203 and 1502 from UH

My orange T was scratched on the rear mudguards. Iam just back from the post office, sent it back to the dealer. I think Universal Hobbies builds nice models but they have definatly a quality problem.
I have a slightly scratches on the rear mudguards too but not bad. And a warning light is glued very poorly. Front wheels detailing is not good. On my silver and red Valtra T they look much better. Also Black Diamond have these bad detailed front wheels.
Edit: Mine ltd ed v?g traktor is 735/1500

Yesterday i ordered both of ltd. edition Valtra models Maybe they are very first in Finland, i think
Damn this is a expensive hobby, but it's just a money
If you are going to order more ltd.ed. Valtra's, how about:
-905
-1502 (6x6)
-8400 with duals

Nice start to a collection matey
What is your favourite model that you currently own
And what's the most wanted item you would like to add
Thanks to everyone
My favourite model is maybe the ROS fiat 180-90 (i like that scale), MB trac 1500 or valmet 805.
I've tried to find UH Valtra C claas green but they are quite rare. Luckily Valtra dealer models are cheap here in Finland.

Hi again
I'm selling two britains valtra-valmet models but i don't know what would be the correct price? eBay is not an option because shipping costs from Finland to Europe are very expensive (for small packet 20-30 EUR). Models are:
Valtra Valmet 115 Forest (green) Mint in box, box like new
Valtra Valmet 8750 with Volac wrapper (gift set), models are like new but the box is not good anymore.
Any idea?
