  2. going slightly off the topic but does any one have any info on sponzing sheep to bring them into heat ?? if done on a batch of sheep they will go to the ram at the same time and have a tighter lambing times ??

  3. ive had a few sheep for a few years now they are always out doors up until the lambing they usualy get fed once a day just to keep them used flolling the bucket and you can get a good look at them to see for any problems....

about a week or two before the lambing depeding on the weather they all come in and be fed siliage from the clamp, hay and meal the usualy be brought in at nights after the lambing with the lambs as i keep charlie sheep and arnt as hardi in bad weather as they havent much wool ..

  4. well first get your part i dont know what it is so you will have to find out what way to make a mould around it i usually use lego blacks to make a box for the rubber mould pour , suspend the part in the compartment made from Lego then pour the liquid rubber aroung it make sure you have thought of a way of getting the part out of the mould you can make slits in the moulds when cured  ;)  then just pour

  5. John,plenty of info here http://www.tomps.com/shop/pages.php?pID=32

for various resin's etc, casting is fairly  ::) easy, but NEVER mix to much CATALYST into the resin,it WILL SELF IGNITE,due to the fact it is Organic Peroxide,or what Hitler used to power his V Rocket's,and the best way to remove air bubbles is to use a vacuum chamber,no I don't have one either  :(

    Regards

    Joe.

im now getting my casting done with a professional he says that the only way is to have a vacume chamber for the liquid rubber and then a high pressure chamber for  the liquid resin in the moulds the hight pressure forces the air out of the moulds he says and there perfect  ;)
