  1. I hate to see anything go to waste and as my parts tin is starting to get quite full with various bits of tractors, i thought i should try and use them up in some shape or form.

    So this is what i came up with;

    For now i have made the linkage betwen the two tractors out of Plasti card, just to see if it will work.

    Then when i am happy with it i will make it out of brass.

    Woks quite well and easy enough to turn with the steering wheel.

    The front tractor has almost everything stripped out of it. (steering, seat mount and rear linkages)

  2. Dug my back garden at the weekend getting ready to plant some potatoes and vegetables. This will be my first go at growing spuds so any help would be appreciated.

    What would be the best early spud to plant and could they go in any time now?

    Do i need to get any pesticides for blight ETC, or anything else?

    Thanks Noel.

  3. And its still growing!  :P

  4. Get their act together and have a good look at what they are selling.  >:(

    Bought my little girl a JCB 7230 (42503) and a Fold up cultivator (9550) to day.

    It is physically impossible to mount the cultivator to the JCB. The rear arms aren't long enough so the cultivator would sits tight against the rear wheel if you could get it connected.

    The new Britians are a constant disappointment to me, think i'll stick with the old ones, at least they could make implements that would mount on to the back of the tractors in those days.

    Sorry rant over.  :)

    B.T.W. what implements fit the linkage at the front of the JCB and at the rear of the Ford FW-60?

  5. i have a feeling the pin hole on the fiats slightly different? might be deeper or shorter so the wheels either wont fit, or are slack, hence why the deutz ones uses as paul also mentioned, i have a fiat one and a mf chassis i nthe shed so can try for you before you pull anything apart if needed

    Hi Sean, did you get a chance to have a look over the weekend?

    Thanks, Noel.
