  1. I would like to know a bit more about this tractor if anybody has any information it would be appreciated.

I have seen a brochure and from what i can recall the E stood for economy, non adjustable link ends,no assist rams, no dual power no draft control? some of the above would be optional i suggest? Was the tractor sold in UK only?

  2. I have been collecting models for 30 years or so in a small way ..i have about 500 but that includes some 150 plant and machinery ... I try and collect plant and tractors which are mint and boxed only..britains, conrad, nzg, dp, scaledown, brian norman, mosly but i have had to cut back a lot in the past 5 to 6 years ...even losing a bit of interest as i have drifted back into collecting quality brochures of 70s 80s tractors ....have a small collection for 30 odd years ...200 brochures or so which has expanded a lile...for me it is the classics which i drove....i like to attend the shows and look but of course like many of you on here i can not resist the model of a tractor i drove in my youth...the real joy for me in collecting for some time now therefore is a quality top spec  piece ...just a few thoughts

  3. thanks for the info....very informative indeed....the reason i asked is that i came across the example in the link posted above    ....i though it was maybe quite difficult to source maybe...i attach my copy[brochure] of the same  model i believe....  i would like to know how to work out the published date please if anybody can help....are there other versions of this 1210 4wd tractor brochure i wonder ?  thank you

  4. i am storing my brochures in plastic sealable boxes at the moment, no folders etc  The main reason for this is lack of storage space. I have not sealed the boxes though allowing air to circulate. As i have been scanning also [pdf],about 4GB so far at 300dpi [per page] at the moment i can view any brochure i wish at short notice.  This also means i do not handle any materials when viewing a brochure. It takes a lot of time to scan material of course. I have backed up all my scanned material so far.  I still need to make a jpeg copy of each cover which would be of assistance in identifing what version of a brochure i have.  I expect that many members have a similar method but i would be interested to know what these methods of storage are and what their comments if any are on electronic storage of complete collections.
