1519 / 32 is... 47.46mm... so that's the height...
Width is simple... 16.9" wide is 429.26mm lets call it 429mm.... 429mm / 32 is 13.4mm... so that's the width..
No then Mr Pullen... do you have a tyre that's 47.46mm tall and 13.4mm wide then
