massey man Posted April 6, 2009 Author Share Posted April 6, 2009 they used to lift there own silage but for management and buisness reasons found it better once they switched to a contractor 330 acres first cut cleared in two days now used to be two weeks between milkings,1 pass drill is still used on one farm 20 miles from the two dairy units and all the wheat grown here is for the pit.
