heck of a machine that jack , can i ask, how long does it take to build then?? from first parts to of the line ??? often wonder with stuff that complex

When we start with assembling the machine it takes about a week to complete it  :) . Ofcourse all parts must be made before at several locations and also preassembling and painting ;) . Not to forget the work in development etc when custumer specific items are required.

SAM Vision 5.5 8500kg with 24m booms. Filled with water 14.000 kg.

Challenger: No mentioning of any weights in the brochure and online.

Delvano: The same, nothing to be found.

Bateman RB55: 9140kg (no mention of booms). Filled with water 14.640 kg.

Househam Air Ride 5000: 8060kg (also nothing about booms). Filled weight: 13.660 kg.

Oh, and Agrifac (Condor with 4000L tank): 9000kg (no mention of booms). Filled with water: 13.000 kg.

Niels, this is what Tris said about that:

I think the weights Stehos gave are from the factory itself, Joe. Proper inside information :of8)

ive always admired Agrifac machinery, As for the weight of SP sprayers its how the weight is distributed across axles, wheels that is important.

Thanks for the positive words, Simon. And you are right about the weight distibution :) .

The high clearance Condor might just have an alternative market in areas of high traffic congestion as it can raise itself above and over the stationary cars ::)

Anyone else on here remember Wacky Races?

I think the Agrifac designer has ripped off Professor Pat Pendings "creepy coupe" ;D minus the dragon of course.
