toyboy
could someone give me an idea of the general roof pitch of farm buildings, machinery shed, cattle courts and the likes, also a rough idea of the distances between the steel stantions, the width of the bays between the steel legs
8feetmower
Distance between steel beams is generally 15 feet.
Deere-est
Most sheds around here are 20ft bays and single spans up to 80ft. For roof pitch, something like 15deg I think, can't remember off the top of my head. I did my research by Googling up the names that advertise in the Farmers Weekly. Some give the measurements and angles of all you need to know.
