Farmer Giles

Picked this one off ebay last for £20. Looks well but a little rough round the edges so I will be re-constructing it over the next few weeks. She looks really good with the Reco Mengele, exact same outfit a farmer beside me had years ago. Will post more pictures as I go along.

Started this at the weekend, thought it would go well with the Ford 7600. Lots of detail involved as you can see, alot of little parts to be made to get to this stage but looking good so far.

Done a little more this week to the MF 1505. Slowly getting there. Really need a better set of float wheels now. Anyone got some ideas as where I could source them. They have to be the same dia. as the 1505 wheel which is larger than the old Britains float wheel. Any ideas welcomed.

My Ford 7600 is getting more like the real tractor all the time. As you can see from the pictures I have taken off the front weight, re-formed the front section and resprayed. Other detail to be finished includes cab lights, rear lights and spools, and also interior detail. Will post more pictures as the model progresses.

Done a couple of these conversions last year. The new drawbar really helps the Britains model. I went a little further on my conversions, took a little time but they look so much more like the real thing.

Small amount of my collection. Usual problem, not enough space to display more. Hope you enjoy the pictures.

Sadly not. There is a farm close to me that have just boyght one so will be paying them a visit. Was talking to the farmer who owns it and he said it has over 150hp. Sounds impressive.

Have wanted to do something with this Britains model for a long time, just never had the time so started this weekend. Some major changes made but alot more to be done. Will post pictures as I go along. Quite an easy conversion for anyone.

Wanted to do these so got to work and did not know which varient I wanted so done three. Bit of a rare tractor. What you think.

My latest project is started. I have decided to make myself some of the Ford tractors from years gone by. To date I have made a Ford 8210 2WD and a Ford County 1884. This County 1474 will be a nice edition.

This is something I have been workin on for some time. Long way from finished but gettin there. I seen one of these many years ago and one for sale in the Auto Trader not so long ago. The tanker will be a Redrock. I think Redrock made a limited run of these machines. If anyone has any more information or pictures of them I would love to hear from you. Thanks

These are my latest projects. Still got finishing detail to do e.g glazing mirrors etc but both models nearly there. Have wanted to do an 1884 for a long time and now have two Powerfarm base models to work with. The next one I think will be on flowts. More detailed pics to follow when models are completed.

Hi all....need some help, my brother has re-conditioned a Kvernaland 4 forrow turnover plough and needs a full set of decals. Does anyone know where he could get these. Thanks Colm
