in my opinion this is the worst wiking model yet, doesnt even compare to the 7430 or 6930 in terms of quality.it looks and feels cheap, totally dissappointed with it
-
lovely model ,but the lights on the bonnet are a big disappointment i think.you have done a nice job just the same
-
i changed the tires on my 8730 and also lowered the cab, makes it look so much better now

dont like a dirty grease gun and plus their only newthey look brilliant. to look even more realistic, rub grease residue over them and add dust and chaaff, and they will look just like mine on my JD 6920 [1/1 scale] ha ha.

agree with the above comment, lovely looking trailer with plenty of detail
-
sounds easy enough but must take ages to scribe out all the stone, but well worth the effort, thanks for the explanation, will give it a go at some stage
-
that old barn is absolutely brilliant, the detail is unreal.would love to know how you achieved the stone finish, maybe you could tell us how you did it ;)

went mad and bought 2 8000 series jds,900 a pop,couldnt help myself
-
funny you say that was just wondering how they would look on a 818 or 820 fendtIn all the pictures I'v seen of that 724,it's really well shod, whereas the Wiking tractors have very rounded, yes I know wheel round ok,what I mean is the cross section of the tread, should be flatter, compare these two pictures above, the 724 quite flat and realistic the 939 is sitting right on the tips of the tread
Regards
Joe.
