Fantastic models, County's 1184 has to be one of my all time favourite tractors. I would love one in my collection. May i ask is the 1184 bonnet conversion that attaches to a UH 1174 still available. I noticed them for sale on ebay a while back but i cannot seem to find them anymore. I have a spare 1174 that i could convert.

A few more books from my shelves, Red Tractors is an amazing book though mainly about US built Internationals its a pretty epic work.
Being a big fan of blues i just had to obtain a copy of this excellent book.
Another fantastic book on Basildon built Fords plus an interesting book about Leylands.
I purchased this many years ago and it still is an interesting read.

I am considering getting a copy of that SAME book Robbo, for some reason i thought the text was in Italian.

Thought i would start a topic on what tractor, farm, agricultural or any other book collections you have. I have always loved books and even in this age of the internet and the likes i still prefer to have information on hand in the form of a printed page. I will start the ball rolling with my latest purchases 3 books in fact i have wanted for ages and finally the other week i purchased them, 3 of Mr Gibbards classics.

2 nice ones today for me both on the drive home from work, a rough looking Mcormick mx135 with a mower and a tidy looking ford 7840 hedge trimming.

Nice models there Justin, always had a soft spot for MB tracs, remember them being quite popular around my neck of the woods during the early to late 80s particularly the 1000 and the 1500s.

It seems ridiculous i agree but when you think some people in this world are quite willing to pay tens of millions for a shiny piece of glass or metal dug out of the ground or a bit of paint on a piece of canvas then a few grand for some model tractors don't seem so bad.

I would love a County 1184 but 370 quid is ridiculas really,

Very very nice collection, impressed with the amount of tractor/implement box sets you have i never knew Britains made so many variations!. May i ask where did you get them all from as they tend to go for silly prices of ebay and the likes?.

Them trailers are getting hard to find nowadays i belive, i have one in my collection but its drawbar got lost many years ago.

Noticed a boxed britains bubble cabbed ford 6600 sold for almost £70 earlier !!!.

My first new model for 2024. Have to say not a bad model. Was not an intended purchase but the price was too good to resist.
