Yes your probably correct, the slurry tank probably sprays water as there is a cycle track between the loader and the road.

Hi, Yes I am a R/C model boat enthusiast, well all types of models really. The tractor is located at Raynes Jetty in N Wales and owned by Cemex. The Jetty is visisted by ships loading limestone. I don't really know what the tractor is used for although in the bottom right of the picture there is a glimpse of a slurry? tank? Here is the full picture....
