Hang on, so you have a girlfriend but there is another girl you like?
Sometimes, a problem you see in somebody else can be bred from a problem you have yourself. Not always but be sure before you go taking it out on other people.

14ft fold out buck rake , a yard brush , a umbilical pipe road boom , a large bucket and a adapter plate to take merlo pallet forks these attachments fit onto the jcb 414 farm master, the joal jcb 531-70 and a bobcat 753 well except the 14ft rake which stays on the 414

it's not too bad rich , i use my sat nav more for timing really, some tickets ask for ETA or state ring before delivery so it's a handy tool for those reasons , although , my navagators atlas does most of the work & is well thumbed !
most farms i get to with no problem , if i can get to the area , i phone the farmer for directions in , unlike a few drivers who follow the sat nav every step of the way & end up where they shouldn't ought to be \ i,m getting to know my vague way about to our farms pretty well so i think i'm doing alright . but it can be awkward when you ask for directions to be asked where are you now driver ,to look at the sign of a place thats spelt with ten letters using no vowles
had an easy day on saturday , 3 drops at two farms ,i could almost reverse out of one farmers yard & straight into the others ! over at Llanpumpsaint ,
when you going to get me up at your place for a delivery then ?
getting quite a bit of work over the bridge , of which another feed delivery firm driver told one of our drivers , hello mate hows it going ? good is it ? well good for you cos MVF are stirring the welsh mills right up , matter of fact you lot are bloody hated over yur you are to then follow up with , hey look drive if they ever open a mill here put in a word for me as our company's crap to work for :D
well considering we're suposedly hated , we get an awfull lot of other firms waving at us but then tanker drivers wave at each other all the time as do bulk drivers, drivers are a strange bunch at times \ :D
ahhhh llanpumpsaint just outside carmarthen my best mate in coll has a farm there aye its a tight old place , ahh dunno will have to have a chat with my uncle about the delivery we normally get cake and other feed in ton bags from the farmers cop
-
thanks bill
havent's a clue mate , i read the ticket , punch it into the sat nav & follow best i can , i'm not a regular around those parts \
ooooo your taking a chance following the sat navv :D theres been a lot of units getting stuck round this way lately due to tom toms and the like

Ford introduced the 40 series at smithfield show december 1991 and I guess the dealers had them by spring 92 which would have made the early machines "J" plates as in that year we still only had one registration date of August 1st. When the "K" plate would have taken over. K reg 10 series tractors are probably ex stock tractors that dealers already had on order when new 40s were announced. Personally I think I would rather have had a late K plate 7810(generation 3) machine than an all new yet to be proved 7840
I can still remember a conversation I had with Ian Loversidge of G & J PECKS (Ford NH dealers) who back then was workshop foreman (now company director!!) and he said the early 40 series electroshift SLE models were a total "nightmare" and no where near as good or reliable as MF dynashift gearbox.
So if I were to buy one of these imbar models it would be the bog standard 7840SL as that way I wont get a gearbox failure when its working on the farm diorama
but round here it was oppersite , the bog standard no electrics sl - dual power gear boxes gave trouble because i know of a few 7840 that had sl's in them and they had soo much trouble the dealer changed them to sle's under warranty which were no trouble at all \ suprising realy as you would have thought with a new gearbox it would be the electric one giving problems nt the mechanical one

ah i think know about were you took the vid ah youve been to a few places then where in llandovery did you tipp ? as i know quite a few farms there mind you alot of them are family :D
-
they will be cheaper now its like you dont go and buy a mower in april time you buy it at the end of the season due to the dealers wantin to get rid of them as they'll be a yr older nxt harvestsure ya can afford till wait till february lad no rush, slurry ban
