well vid it mate, and post it on here wont ya mate,
Good idea, from what i've heard it was brave and even, out of 3 pulls it was 2 to the MX 1 to the Tm, but there is to be a re-match, by the sounds of it!!
-
Funny boy, naw missed it. There is to be a re-match, so want to see it!!!
-
Would be down to weigh, weight distribution, power/torque characteristics and driver skill I would have to say (with my engineer's cap on)
No weights on either tractor, and two young boys driving, so each of them didn't have a clue!!!!
-
Well what you's think, debate at the min, between friends.
-
A unexpected day off!!! Can't beat it!! Sooo nothing!!
-
big money still i would think, but the 60's are some tractor!!!!!!!!!!!!!
-
Cheers Paul......
Did the New Holland versions of the 40 Series have the SLE gear box too?
Yeah sure did!!!
Something bigger would be good, but just depends on what your doing!!
-
Not sure on the older ford models, but contraactor near me, has a nh one and not a bit o bother with the gearbox. 10000 hours, She was turbo d and goes like a train, pulls great, and quicker than the 8360's!!!
-
What gearbox is in her, mart
-
Got to be 8360, sailed in a few, drove a few more, great pulling tractor, local contractor runs 3, (slighty tweaked ) Snort and the black smoke!!! aaaw

To be honest the ones i've seen, you don't see all the bolt holes! There is a bit of steel, around were the bolts are, hard to explain, i'll get a picture the morra
-
You must love that renault, well so do i right enough
-
Well it would need to be a massive farm to see the benefit from one of these!! How many farmers could do without a extra tractor at times??
-
That looks good as it is.
Why settle for good, could be excellent!!! ;)
-
wee bit finer, would look better!! Panels a bit wider apart, and she would be the dogs ..
-
