Nice collection mate, would love one of those yellow claas lexions but few and far between and the price also :(

Thank you, they aren’t easy to find over here either. I know my local dealer has one more on the shelf and I’ve considered picking it up as a spare. 2019 was the last year for the CAT paint on the real machines so it’s an end of an era I’m afraid.

It is Martin,But I think this lock down will cause a hike in prices,€100 will be pretty close to standard price for all the well detailed model tractors now,It will be very interesting to see the price of the forthcoming Marge Claas Lexion 8900.??

    Regards

    Joe.

Given the prices on the Jaguars I can only imagine.

That's some outfit, and so is the rig it's sitting on! There doesn't look to be much daylight between the tracks and the ground mind!

You are right about that ha ha!, it was hauled with the tracks off.

Nice to see that sort of stuff. Is it a common fault. Would running them big triple wheels and tyres have out to do with it? Nothing on that sortbofcscale but when we put a full set of flotation tyres and wider rims on a hurlimann the Lad said we'll have issues with the size might damage the axles and braking. Been on 5 year now with no issues.

The amount of rubber and the massive Grouser blade that usually resides on the front of it are both contributing factors for sure. There’s an updated ring and pinion with carrier that is going back in that should last the lifetime of the tractor from this point.

  5. I work for a Case dealer, I thought you guys might enjoy seeing some of the equipment that comes through the shop.

This Steiger is used as a silage pack tractor, the front diff decided to shell out which is a known issue with this series of axle.
