500 carrier is ideally suited to 180-225hp tractors such as FENDT800s, JD7030s,CLAAS Axion etc which are exceedingly well catered for by model makers which means UH have chosen wisely ;)

6m(or is it 6.5?) would need upwards of 250hp CASE Magnum/FENDT900,JD8030 too haul and UH have catered for that HP level with the 4m Vaddy Topdown :)

Interesting blue green as I used to carry with a 7930 and 6.5mtr machine... no problems at 3 inches....

Also my friend carried with a 6920s on surrey soil............

I am not sure the facts are right for all soils.....

One more thing you need to factor in along the lines jez is talking.....

More often than not your going to pull it with what ever you've got, after the demo at the time of buying the implerment a farmer is hardly going to buy a carrier that is to big for his yoak no mater how big your farm is.

UH hobbies have done well I think.5mtr will fit well on almost every farm/layout.

I used to tug a 5m one at around 3-4 inches and that would make my fendt 818 bark deeply at 14-20k so all down to soils, if were go slower then less woulda done but on our heavy clay faster move better job it does :D
