richo
Have just spent about 20 minutes looking at the internet but cant find what I want to know. Hope someone here can enlighten me. I know that it is the top of the range electronic control system but what does CEBIS stand for and what are its main functions?
Simon
I'm pretty sure I'm right in saying it originated on the first Lexions as Combine Electronic Board Information System.... I guess if it's now on tractors it's probably 'Claas' rather than 'Combine'.....
Simon
'Board' incidentally a shortening of 'Onboard' - 'CEOSIS' doesn't trip off the tongue I suppose, even for a German... \
