have you got any pictures of suckleys old jd 8430 jordan ?

they swapped it in for a new 8345r , but the 8345r was back within a week with a blown up front hub , and there old 8430 is in having the head gasket done , so they have still got the demo out , there not have much luck at the moment

nice, ive never driven the old 8000 series but i was ploughing with the contractor a few weeks ago with his new 8320R and a 7f plough, it was a hell of a machine

Blimey, I'm only 30 and already you younguns are calling what I thought were 'new' or at least 'modern' tractors old!!  :-[:-[

To me see, the old 8000 series is one of these!  :of:laugh:

well look what ive been using today

a very rough but firey new holland and a mcconnel ditch king which is about 30 years old but we decided to get her going again today.

ive had a rough ride on her and then about 3 hours after getting her through the roots and soil one of the many old and worn piped split and so it stoped me from carrying on. i had to get the pipe off and now the mechanic derick is sorting her out.

we have been muck spreading the past few days aswell at college on the silage gound with the new holland T6020 and john deere 6230 premium.

we also have been doing some plough maintainance and as you can see in the picture with the new holland 7840 in there are the new points on the plough but now the headstock is in for maintainance.
