From Archie I expect, I think they're still in business. Though not sure if they're still in Devizes. I would imagine it's FORD TRACTOR BLUE with a dash of white. I experiment with shades by adding drips of colours on a card, say one drip of white in 5 drips of blue, mixed & spread then vary the ratio from there.
