the top rail being measured and made....note,the 2 rails have been measured and drilled out at this point for the later fitting of the cup legs...you,d never get them drilled later

last 2 pics for today....if i dont have to go build a fergie together tommorrow ill get at this model again,but im pleased so far with progress...probably at it now around 14-15 hours.....

Another BOR masterpiece in the making  :)

If you ever get the chance to go to spalding model show you will see loads of these types of rigs working in the fields round there.

I didn't realise these implements are permantly fixed to the tractor.

pic1 shows the way the newe front bracket attached to 5480....pic 2 shows the 2 piece construction of the front rails and frame..this will allow me to fit the model to the tractor after painting...a lot of time was spent at the front area...

last 2 of todays building.....after this slow bit of the model i hope to move onto the folding down wings tommorrow...there is a long way to go yet....but im happy with progress as i knew it,d be a slow tricky model to work out
