Sheet of corugated card, horizontal, using plastruct u channel bent in an ark under roof and straight down the front of the shed so the card will slide up and down.

You'll struggle to get it to roll up tight like a real one. I'd be more inclined to (using channel) make an over head track type so when open it lays horizontal in one piece. Much like modern doors do, like fire stations, workshops etc.

I used corrugated card and sliced the back to make it fold and roll.
