Working Tractor Beacon / Flashing Light

Hi. Here I have fitted a red flashing LED to the roof of my tractor. Got off the internet, was originally designed to be used on trains but thought I'd stick mine to my tractor!  Looks really realistic when out in the "field"!

looks great it would be good if you could hide the wires somewhere that would make it look even better  :) :)

Thanks  Yeah it would look lots better with it hidden,  although theses photos make the wires look a lot more obvious and you don't really notice it. Any ideas how I could hide the wire though?

Could you make a new exhaust and have it hollow? You could run the wires up inside the exhaust then.

Nice idea though Sam, you'll only ever learn anything by trying it so good on you. I'd never thought of it!

you could somehow put the wires into the cab and secure it to the cab pillar and up that way, then you could have a beacon on both sides

Yeah, that would be a nice simple & effective way to do it.

because that tractor doesn't have glazed doors you could probably manage it on that tractor, then just glue the beacon to the side of the roof
