I assume that you have an account with eBay and that you have got a "My Ebay" page.

Click on "sell" at the top of the page and then this will give you 2 options, Quick sell or Advanced sell. Select Advanced and when you get to the bit where you set your asking price there is an option for a "Buy it Now" price

Just be aware that a buy it now has higher fees than an auction format.

You can of course, use both the auction and buy it now together but as soon as you get a bid it cancels the buy it now which will disappear from the listing.

Be aware that eBay do not allow you to set a reserve on auction type listings of below £50  ;)  For items that are not worth as much as that, using a fixed price Buy It Now would probably be the best option if you are worried that they may go too cheaply on a normal auction style listing.
