painting nitemare

    hi,i need some help.I'm painting a set of wheels off a  fendt 718 siku model.i have sprayed white primer then white top coat. i left them to dry.checked them to day paint cracked and flaking off.both humbrol model paints ,any ideas.

I would guess the surface you primed on was not clean enough - I would suggest wiping with thinners to remove grease from fingers etc., and then a soft brass wire brush to give the paint something to 'key' onto. Make sure paint and room is warm when painting.
