Cornish-model-farm Posted July 1, 2023 Share Posted July 1, 2023 This traditional farm building was made for me by someone in Wales. Welsh and Cornish farm buildings are very similar. I added yellow lichen to the slate roof using Woodland Scenics "yellow grass". The texture is nothing like grass, it is practically powder, but it works well as lichen. I just dabbed some spots of scenery glue on the roof, sprinkled it with the yellow powder and blew away the excess once dry. I then weathered the wooden door and walls using Vallejo Slimy Grime and rusted the metal parts of the door using AK Medium Rust Deposits.
