Thought I’d start a topic to show some of the tractors and machinery on my farm here at home. And also maybe show some of the repairs that I’d be involved in doing.

1997 New holland 7840

Deutz Fahr Agroprima 6.16

Its currently undergoing an engine rebuild and cosmetic restoration 

And finally on this post Grandas 2140

Few more pictures of the deutz restoration, 

There was a fair bit of rotten material to be cut out of the cab frame 

And finally out for a local Christmas tractor run last night

With my 7840 currently having reversing issues and some hedges still to cut, the 6320 is now off the feeder and onto the hedge cutter for a few days. 

And a bracket I knocked up this evening to mount into the passenger seat assembly

2040S in for a water pump, silencer, alternator and a replacement front hub.

And hedge cutting didn’t end too well, had something bust the diesel tank on the 6320

7840 back on the go after a full gearbox rebuild, and finally getting fertiliser out on all my grassland earlier this week using a section control sower

And then a start made to ploughing and sowing barley this week too

So today was interesting.. didn’t expect this after walking ground 

and to finish off some drilling this evening less than 500m from where I got stuck

Last of the sowing and reseeding finally finished this week 

and then the deutz in with brake issues

Waiting on calliper rebuild kits as deutz are looking a small fortune for replacement callipers

And first cut in this week too, about a week later than planned due to weather
