county axles

i have found some county repro axles to finish off a couple of 1884's  for my collection  i'm after some help or advice on the best way of attaching say some mf595 wheels to the hubs ...........    hopefully will be able make  up for loosing a brian norman county ....  :'( :'( :'(  house moving never to be seen again .....

repro axles , if they are white metal i would not use them as they bend, much better made of resin. just drill the ends and fit your wheels .

Yeah white metal ones are useless. I made a County on a Siku base using them and now it spends its time gravitating towards the floor
