Barry
I know its eaten by cows!!!! But is it treated in the same way as silage? i.e put it in a clamp/barn and put a big sheet over it? If you do both silage and maize, do the need to be in seperate clamps/barns for storage?
rabh7840
maize is put in a clamp seperate from grass sailge, coververd just the same. in the winter it will put put into a diet feeder and sometimes mixed with silage, straw and meal and given to the cows as a TMR through a diet feeder if that makes sense
