Well it's scorcher here today, very humid almost takes your breath away when you step outside. With the humidex it is set to top 40C today
We're not much better off here as well mate. Has been like that for the past two days and is supposed to continue for several more according to the forecast. Scorcher temps seem to reach sooner each year, if I didn't know any better I'd say I was back in Vegas during the middle of August right now. \

It's nice to hear of a young lad such as yourself giving the commitment required to your school work. Self motivation is something many people lack, so I hope you do well with all your examinations. Judging by the way you write your posts, the excellent grammar and correct use of punctuation; English is obviously one of your top subjects.
Do you have a particular career in mind, and would your career be dependent on your exam results? I'd be interested to know, being the nosey old git that I am?
Actually I do Will, I am planning on completing a Biology Master's Degree in college, and pursuing something along the lines of Wildlife Conservation. Tears me apart at how many people misuse and disrespect the land, I would like to be a part of fixing it in the future.

Very warm here today, close to 25 degrees. Had a decent rainstorm this afternoon and one again this evening, nice to see all of the pollen being washed down the street drains.

High School Guidance Counselors
Over here in the USA, as part of a college application, we have to include scores from an SAT test which can be taken in June, October, or both. Lovely guidance counselor stated that there would be more information on test dates within the next few weeks when I had to visit back in March, however no information was broad casted to anyone, and I apparently missed the test date sign up. I still have the October test to sign up for, except if I bomb that test, I will not have another test to take before college applications are due, so may have to wait an additional year to go to college because a few people who constantly screw up everything for school as it is couldn't be bothered to announce test dates.
Vent over, apologies lads

Scratched up the cornea of my right eye quite badly on a pointy grass plant at work Saturday morning...had to go to ophthalmologist's office and get a patch for my right eye-had to keep the other closed regardless so the other eye would not move around. Went back today, patch was taken off and 90% of the damage is healed...Best of all, I can SEE again!
