Had a little break from electrical work over the last three days, this is what i did instead. Great fun, i was driving a JD 6900 with KTwo spreader, there was a fastrac, a Claas , a Fiat and a converted dustbin lorry. On the loading side there was a JCB Loadall and a JCB JS, not sure on the model number. We were spreading compost on wheat and rape stubble ground.
Just a couple of pictures of loading as that was the only time i had chance to take some photos, they are not of the best quality as they were taken on my phone.

Wings Farm/ M.D Contractors have put in an order for one to accompany the Claas Lexion.

Thank you for all your comments, i'm glad you agree a 3m version is more realistic.

Thank you for all your brilliant comments, it makes it worth while.

I finally got round to painting the tyre rims on the JD 6920 as well as the chasis and front linkage.
The tyres are off a UH Deutz so is the front axle, the linkage is a UH Renault linkage.
I decided to convert the UH Lemken drill into a 3m version as the original did'nt stay folded up and a smaller drill suited the layout of the farm better.
Here are some pics, enjoy.

Is this picture of any help

Does Paul have a website, as i would be interested in a machinery shed like the one you've got, as it looks fantastic. If not an email address that i can contact him on. Thank you.

The woodland scene looks brilliant, where did you source the trees.
Cheers Mark.

Spreading 2008- Wings Farm/ MD Contractors
Wings Farm is mixed arable and beef farm the arable land is about 650acres. On the contracting side we cover about 1500 acres. The main tractor used would be a fastrac 3220 with floats or standard wheels depending on conditions, but that is out of service this year due to alterations, so the Fendt 818 took its roll. The spreader is an Amazone ZG-B 8200, new this year, the old spreader was a Kuhn, now tucked up in the shed in case of breakdowns.

-
Just a quick question.
If you had a Fendt 936 would you run in reverse drive?
It is a brilliant conversion, can you post some pics of how the rear mowers are attached please.
Jez ;)
I will take some pics for you later, will have to experiment with camera on phone seems sister has got camera on holiday.

guess thats a home made black fendt (wilkin?) \ or is a modified original? looks great, would take pride of place on any model farm
The fendt was from a website i think they have modified a siku fendt, then i modified it into a black beauty.

This is my latest conversion. Used the mowers off the UH Class Cougar, very pleased with it.

Both of your farms are great with brilliant detail. Did you make the grain storage shed that is next to the workshop, or purchased it from someone if so who?

Not quite sure as this was the first time i've worked with this contractor. The KTWO spreader that i used did have a slurry door.
