  1. If they stay at 99p then both!!! ;D If not which one do you think or neither?
  2. It wouldn't be legal, but as it's not needed then no problem....
  3. A nice 10 mile round trip and nice sunshine so I stopped of to photograph her in her natural surroundings. Only a few coughs and splutters which I was able to sort out by adjusting the throttle. Don't tell the local Police the tax has run out will you. Still I hear they are useless anyway!! ;) :D
  4. At the risk of being drummed out of the Massey Owners club here are a few pictures of a dirty tractor!! I was asked to take Penny to the local Playgroup so the kids could see a tractor for Harvest Festival. So with excellent planning I left everything to the last minute!! When I got there she had a flat/soft rear tyre - leaking water - quickly pumped up. Being the wonderful girl she is Penny started 2nd time having not been run for 5 months!! [ Here she is at Playgroup. No pictures of Kids crawling over her of course as that would be against Health & Safety!! ;) Might find a few on the Playgroup camera though... shhhhhhh.
  5. Only just spotted the updates. Congratulations Thomas, well deserved.
  6. Even missed it being baled!!! Went down and it had been harvested. Went back 2 days later and it had been baled!!
  7. Well it's all been harvested and I didn't see it! :'( :'(
  8. It's on overseas service - went to France I think via eBay.
  9. Deutz, Fastrac or JD I would take any at the moment!! Probably even a Ford at a push! :D
  10. I think I have cocked up harvesting as I an not at all happy about towing trailers. He is going to let me know when it is being harvested, but I'm away in Devon this week end so hopefully next week..... As for ploughing yes I have already volunteered and as I have just been signed off for another 2 weeks it would be good pyshio for the knee!!
  11. It was soltice 37 redigo - whatever that is that I planted - but it may be wheat!! [ [
  12. Looks like the Barley is nearly ready??
  13. Any one going to the Wiltshire Game & Country Show this week end?? Or has anyone been before? Mrs BGU has arranged to meet a friend of hers there tomorrow. I will be the one limping around with three kids in tow whilst the girls gossip.. \
  14. The detail of the set ups just gets better. Especially for such a small scale. Well done.
  15. Super Buy Cerin. I hope you enjoy her. I insure Penny with NFU - it's about £35 fully comp for 12 months.
  16. Mrs BGU & MGU have gone away for 2 days. I have to laptop on, cricket on Guiness in the fridge...................... :D ;D Well I can't do anything else because of my knee!! ;)
  17. I've given up selling on eBay due to the postage restrictions. I was ripped off several times by buyers saying the item had not arrived and Paypal refunding them, so I only offered recorded delivery postage which is 72p dearer. Now eBay has restricted the postage I loose out even more!! How can you post a book recorded delivery for £2.75!!! Amazon has the same limited postage on books but I am getting a higher fixed price for them and no risk of a low auction price. However some people have books listed for 1p!!! Why bother you must loose out as the loss on postage is a lot more than 1p!!!! The issue over eBay high postage is rubbish. Decent sellers list their postage price at the begining of the auction - if you don't agree don't bid!!!
  18. What a superb set up. Any chance of it going to Toytrac?
  19. It was MGU honest!!! But I thought that too when I first watched it. :D
  20. Please note the invalid in the background. A captive audience!!! Struggling to come up with ideas to keep MGU happy.
  21. oooohhh I used to love overweights!! Do them for being over weight and for exceeding the permitted weight son the tyres as well!! :

    Whats the crop.

Ok before anyone moans I did not take any tractor pictures on my visit to Normandy, although I saw loads and loads. Everyone seems to have one to tow a boat. The roadworks use them with trailers instead of lorries.. Anyway we saw lots of fields that the crop had been cut on and left flat to dry. They had a distinctive stripe pattern where they had been harvested in each direction. The crop had a stalk about three feet long with a round "ball" on the top. We did see a machine harvesting it, looked like a modified tractor, it was cutting the stalks and throwing them up over it's rear wheels. So its over to you.....................
  23. I go off for a few minutes and you have sold Frankie!!! She was born on my birthday you know! :'( Hattie looks superb though. I have a feeling we really need to visit Cambridgeshire again!!
