  1. I don't see why it wouldn't be, it's just silage/maize is much less dense and much lighter, hence having the extensions to take it up to the tonnage it is meant to be, so in other words you could put silage in say a 14 tonne grain trailer but you would have nowhere near 14 tonnes in there.

  2. Just came in and just caught on the news it looks as if another mine has collapsed, from what i've heard there were 2 men inside, one got rescued leaving the other one trapped, although i only caught the end of it so mum was telling me what happened, it's bad enough being trapped with another person but to be trapped on your own not knowing whether anybody is looking for you... Poor bloke  :-\

  3. are your humor josh  ;D ;D ;D ;D ,,i am not to sure how to take that ,,just think ,,, if i died in my house fire there would be no more pink john deeres no more controversial paint work ,,,the world of model tractors would not be a colour full place any more :( :( :( :(  just who would take my place  ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

josh i do like your crack,,,by the way that is a Geordie word for conversation ;D ;D ;D

Well i've got to do something to brighten my evenings up, especially whilst working through a 1500 word essay on a writer's attitude to something or other, it gets to the point where you just feel like banging your head on a brick wall

And if you weren't around what would we do?! John Deeres would be green and yellow, Massey Fergusons would be red and grey, New Hollands would be blue and white, that isn't right surely? There would just be no variation, the world would just be so... Normal :-\

And there's no fun in that!

Mind you, it might have been universal hobbies holding the match, after all, their ways of making money by changing the colour scheme, calling it a limited edition and charging extortionate prices don't really work when you're around! See, i should be a detective  ::)

  4. It's alright until a shearbolt breaks or it bungs up, and that would be a bit of a pain moving them between fields, i can't drive on the road and it can sometimes be a real pain not just being able to nip it between fields, especially when there's only 500 yards or so of main road separating you, so you have to get someone else down just to move it for you.

And also for the price of 2 fendts wouldn't it probably work out about the same if not a bit cheaper just to have a much bigger single machine with a bigger implement on the back?

  5. I don't think i even have a limited edition but i just wanted to ask something and i'm sorry for going off topic i will make it up to you guys by staying on topic in another topic sometime in the distant future. But...

because i have got to say if my house burned down tonight, i bet i could replace most of my collection for less than i paid for them 7 years ago or so at the moment , how long is this recession going to last 2015 +,you can see on the likes of ebay that standard toys are doing better than most limited editions at the moment and can you afford to collect limited editions just to sit on them for that rainy day,

I hope your house is still standing? Said on Radio 1 earlier there was a fire last night, i instantly thought CONVO!

  6. Spent half an hour-45 mins walking round sainsbury's in Spalding looking for mustard seeds... Mission failed.

Then walked up to a model shop that usually stocks siku, closed from today till monday... Mission failed.

So decided i would walk up to another shop that stocks britains, he was closing today so hadn't bought any stock recently, so all the deeres he had in stock i already had... Mission failed.

Came home and measured up then marked out some ground ready to be dug and sunflowers go on in the spring, just going to make a wooden frame to go around the outside to get nice straight edges when it's dug... Mission completed!

    1/4  :-\

Useful thing to know though, Josh. Always handy to know a bricky  :) :)

???  ???  ??? .................... OHHHHHHHHHHHHHH. Took me a while to work that one out!

And well, it's all about being a jack of all trades, master of none! And by the time i come out of there i will have 2 GCSE's in bricklaying, painting and decorating, and joinery without sitting a single written test. RESULT! And then if i was to stay on another year i would be fully trained but... Nahh, handy to know it's there though.
