  9. Was just wondering what was the first model tractor you converted , Mine was a britains ford 6600 about 10 years ago, just thought it would be interesting to see what everyone else started on . Heres a couple of pictures ;
  10. Thats a fair beast of a tractor , shame they dont make them like that anymore , cant make my mind up weather to add wheel weights to mine now though ,
  11. Universal hobbies massey 7499 off of ebay , including p+p it cost me £ 19 .95 , only thing wrong with it was a slightly damaged box , Quite a bargin I think

  13. The front lights are from brian norman , he calls them custom plough lights on his list theyre made from white metal so have to be painted ,but I think theyre very useful
  14. I've got some reproduction grills coming from brian norman , will see what they look like when they get here , if they dont look right though will have to get my thinking cap on or seek some advice from you fellows on here

Heres a few pictures of my next project , hopefully finish her over christmas, It started as a britains 8730 , then I fitted an imber front linkage , resprayed it , fitted new decals etc and added wheels from a joal valtra s series , still got to glaze the cab and add some wheel weights along with a few other bits and bobs so will post some more pictures when shes finished Hope its of interest to you all .

  17. Thank you all , as for the fendt in the avatar , thats what I get to spend a fair bit of my time in at work, that one is the first of two I've had this year, picture was taken in march when ridging up spud ground

Hello been a member since begining of the year , and thought it was about time I made my first post , Im not exactly a dap hand at using computers , so got the wife helping me , so if it goes **** up we can all blame her . Thought I'd start by showing my TM165 conversion. its based on a universal hobbies renualt ares fitted with a front linkage from a renualt atles , the cab and bonnet is from a britains model TM , with the cab roof coming from a ertl ford 8670 i've also added mirrors and hand rails etc . well , hope you all enjoy , and if this all works as it should , hope to share some more of my models with you all .
